Why do I need to purchase credits?
A patient test can be administered with the DriveSafe DriveAware Version 2 app without purchased report “credits”, but the results and report cannot be generated until further credits are purchased. You can administer tests when the iPad is off-line. You can also generate reports when the iPad is off-line if you have sufficient credits.
How do I purchase credits?
Credits can be purchased by Administrators online with a credit card. Credits purchased online will be available in the app immediately after a sync.
Alternatively, email support@drivesafedriveaware.com to request that a Tax Invoice be raised, noting that credits will only be added to your Administrator account after payment is received.
