Update to DSDA administration manual

We have updated the DSDA Administration Manual to reflect changes in V2.2 (5). Changes to the manual include:

  • removal of 7-day mandatory data sync

  • more details about the benefits of data sync-ing

  • new Offline mode indicator

  • description of the DSDA app panels and what information they contain
